1) Download a template (choose J150 (Set In Sleeve) OR J140 (Raglan Sleeve)) and drop in your logos and lay-out placement

Specify Men’s or Women’s Cut

2) Download an order form and send the completed form and template to: art@chsportswear.com

3) The art department will review the design and send to you in “Ready to Print” format for approval

4) Once you approve the jersey and send the deposit, we are ready to print!!
