Ordering
TEAM AND CLUB APPAREL:
Custom sublimated apparel sets you apart and gives your team a unique look. Sublimation printing allows a range of colors to be gas-dyed into the fabric allowing vibrant colors to explode. No bleeding, peeling or fading.
THE STANDARD:
Cycling Jerseys come with a standard 7-inch or 10-inch zipper. Please specify at time of ordering.
Options: 11″ – 16″ zipper / Invisible zipper 9″ – 16″ = add $3.00
Full Length zipper = add $4.00
BMX Jerseys come with elbow pads and a standard black cuff. Sublimated cuff = add $3.00 per jersey. NO CHARGE for Sublimated Names.
PAYMENT:
All custom orders require a 50% deposit and balance due upon delivery. We accept the following forms of payment: PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Personal Checks. Full payment must be made before we can ship product out.
PRICING:
Before final pricing is given, all designs and artwork must be submitted to the art department (art@chsportswear.com) for review.
Any custom order needed in under 4 weeks will incur a 25% rush charge. This will be subject to the current production schedule.
DELIVERY:
Standard lead time for custom orders is 4 – 6 weeks once all artwork is finalized and 50% deposit is received. All orders will ship FOB Long Beach.
ART DEPARTMENT:
3 hours of art time is included in the base price. Art time is billed at $55.00 per hour. All designs must be submitted in vector format. We also accept hand-drawn layouts for those with the concept but not the computer savvy.
DESIGN:
Our art department is available to design a unique garment that will set your team apart from the rest. If you can dream it, we can guide you through to the finished product.

COLOR MATCHING:
Color matching will be matched against the PMS standard color chart. Exact match to that chart cannot be guaranteed; however, it will be as close as possible to the eye.
GUARANTEE:
Cyberhorse Sportswear guarantees the quality of our products. Our garments are made with pride in the USA. Any claims of shortages or damages must be reported within 72 hours and will be handled accordingly. No returns will be accepted if they have been altered, washed or rode in.
